If the preliminary estimate aligns with your available funds and you decide to move forward, the next step is authorizing a Pre-Construction Agreement, where we begin working closely with our trade partners to gather detailed information and secure precise pricing.

While early estimates are naturally refined over time, our goal is to deliver final pricing that comes within 3–5% of the preliminary estimate, providing you with confidence and predictability throughout the process.
