Nick Ammons and Kaleb Coleman have known each other since grade school, growing up together in a small town in Northwest Washington. From a young age, they built a strong friendship rooted in hard work, loyalty, and treating people the right way. That lifelong bond still shows up in how they run their business today—side by side, solving problems, and taking on whatever comes their way. Real estate and construction have simply become the latest challenge they’ve tackled together.

Behind every successful project is a strong organization, clear communication, and careful coordination. At CKN Homes, our Project Coordinators provide the structure and support that help keep each project running smoothly from start to finish.

Project Coordinators manage many of the important details that keep a project organized and on track. They assist with scheduling, track documentation, coordinate communication between team members, and help ensure that materials, selections, and approvals are processed in a timely manner. Their work helps maintain consistency and prevents delays caused by missed details.

They also support communication between clients, project managers, and trade partners, helping ensure that information is shared clearly and efficiently. By maintaining accurate records and keeping timelines organized, Project Coordinators help create a more predictable and streamlined building process.

Tiffany is originally from Kansas City, where most of her family still lives, including her daughter.

Project Managers

At CKN Homes, the Project Manager serves as the leader responsible for bringing the plan to life in the field. From the start of construction through completion, they oversee the daily progress of the home and ensure each phase is executed according to plan, schedule, and quality standards.

Our Project Managers coordinate closely with trade partners, suppliers, and inspectors to keep work moving forward efficiently. They monitor workmanship, verify that materials are installed correctly, and ensure every detail aligns with the design and specifications. Their involvement helps maintain consistency, accountability, and craftsmanship throughout the entire building process.

Communication is a key part of their role. Project Managers provide updates, address challenges as they arise, and help ensure that decisions made early in the project are carried through to completion. Their experience allows them to anticipate potential issues, make adjustments when needed, and maintain steady progress on the job site.

Glen believes if you ain’t first, you’re last—so on the weekends you’ll find him at local drag strips racing his drag bike at speeds exceeding 100mph. He’s a family man, he and his wife have 5 kids and a few grandbabies. He’s a hometown kid, his roots are in Austin, and he’s been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He is extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for planning and a deep appreciation for watching a thoughtfully designed plan come to life as intended.

Project Manager

Vince is an avid outdoorsman; if he’s not camping or fishing, he’s probably slingin’ disks on a nearby disc golf course. Vince is from Kerrville, Texas and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He is a devoted husband and father to his son. His passion for construction grew at an early age, following his dad around with his hammer during his childhood. He truly enjoys delivering a beautiful finished product to our clients; seeing the joy it brings them makes it all worth it.

Project Manager
Matt has the Austin fever and is an artist at heart. When he’s not working or spending time with his wife and kids, he’s jamming with his band. He’s lived in Austin his entire life and has been in the industry for over 20 years. He’s a decorated PM, earning multiple HBA MAX awards for Builder of the Year and Construction Manager of the Year. He enjoys the challenge of building homes—seeing the finished product and handing over the keys is his favorite part.

Jonah is the baby of the team. He loves being active, so when he’s not digging through blueprints, he’s either on the disc golf course or spending time with his daughter outdoors. Jonah grew up in Georgetown and has been in the industry for over 5 years. He loves building relationships and serving people; his favorite part about building is bringing a vision to life and helping clients turn ideas into something real. P.S. His daughter crushes at softball.
